Head of Test @ Andel
I'm the father of two, husband to my lovely wife for 24 years, owner of a house in beautiful Fredensborg, am a passionate climber/boulderer and is vice chairman of the board in our bouldering club. Spare time is mostly used together with my family, walking our dog in the nearby forrests or climbing rocks (when not acting as carpenter, gardener, mechanic, electrician etc.) Besides that I'm a true believer in agile, in which context I've worked for more than 15 years now and for the past 8 years I've performed professional training in testing and agile.
I've worked with IT for 25+ years, 15 of them solely focused on testing, shifted 10 years ago more into training, and has had a larger focus on training and agile coaching, still with a flavour of test, for the past years.
Recently I've shifted into a management role as Head of Test, a role in which I have the overall responsibility for the test professionalism at Andel, Denmark’s leading energy and fibre-optic group
